Ana Them Records really likes the Crocodile Cafe these days. If we had a list of the top live venues in the northwest, the Croc would rate high. No, our band haven’t played there, that ain’t the point.

This past week, they featured Charlotte Gainsbourg (see photo) and Grand Hallway. My point is this; the venue size, the sound and the overall good vibe I get at the joint is what makes this place so damn special. Sure you can find a bigger place, you can find a place with state of the art sound, but you can’t find more pleasant people if you tried. And before you all start bad mouthin me for pandering (I’m sure you might use other words than pandering), I suggest you drag your butts to about three of your favorite venues and get yourself a GnT and pour that bad boy down your pants. Then try the same move at the Crocodile and see who treats you good after that. Good work Crocodile! Keep it real baby!
